About my new friend: Mr Yukiteru Shimoda

Mr Yukiteru Shimoda says:

I completed LLB course of Kwansei Gakuin University (Hyogo, Japan) in 2008 and LLM course of Kyoto University (Kyoto, Japan) in 2010. Then I finished Legal Training and Research Institute of Supreme Court of Japan (Diploma, December 2011). I passed Japanese Bar Exam in 2010 and register as lawyer in 2012. I belong to Aichi Bar Association and Japan Federation of Bar Association.

 I have worked the present office (Hiramatsu Go Law Office) since 4 years ago. I’m serving on Labor Law Committee and International Committee of Aichi Bar Association.

 I’ve worked on labor cases such as wrongful dismissal, overtime payment, work place bullying in Japan. I think that the labor is the base of life and country and building good system of labor law is essential to developing Asian countries and people’s happiness.

 And I take on cases about staying of foreigners. I have participated in MICAMedical Information Center Aichi, NPO which provides medical information and free health check consultation once in a month) and DAN(Door to Asylum Nagoya, NPO which  assists refugees).
